Label Applicator Parts

LabelOne Connect label applicators come with a 3-year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service.  We understand that in some cases, some of our labeling machines get more use than others and over time, some replacement parts are necessary.

All of our label applicators are manufactured with anodized aluminum and stainless steel parts.  By manufacturing our labeling equipment with anodized aluminum and stainless steel parts, they are compliant with FDA clean-room, bacteria and rust resistant standards. Other non-metal parts of our labeling machines are made with Nitrile rubber, which is also FDA approved.  Nitrile has high resistance to many oils and acids, high compression and heat. Our labeling machines are also resistant to electrical shock and have a high-temperature destruction threshold.

Our team of engineers has put a great deal of research into finding high-quality, durable and cost effective materials for our labeling machines.  We stand behind our 3-year warranty and feel that our products will maintain their integrity for years of faithful service. *If, after careful analysis by LabelOne Connect engineers, the label applicator in question is proved to be defective because the product has been altered, misused, neglected or damaged through causes unconnected with its manufacture, the 3-year warranty is void.
